Floats prepare for the start of the Centenary procession. This float carried the Centenary Princess Roslyn Newbold, with Cathy Thompson (left) and Colleen Gow (right). The procession was part of the celebrations marking the Centenary of Local Government in Penrith. Prizes were awarded for the best float.
