Margaret Cox and a member of the Wallacia Carry On Club take part in a fashion parade. Margaret Cox is a descendant of Francis Woodriff who built Combewood. The garden party was held as a part of the celebrations marking the Centenary of Local Government in Penrith. It included an old fashioned dress parade and the announcement of the winner of the Charity Princess Contest.
