The hall was located in Station Street in Penrith. It was originally the Primitive Methodist Church and then became known as Central Hall. It was then taken over by the Manchester Unity of Oddfellows. In 1937, following the restoration of the hall, the Country Women's Association (CWA) moved into the building. The building was move to South Creek Park in 1981. It was destroyed by fire.
