This report to Council is to advise and recommend an approach to the development of the Australian Defence Industry Site at St Marys. This report will outline the Minister's decision to prepare a regional study, and Councils's agreement to participate in that study, outline the purpose of the draft Regional Environmental Study, outline the responses and submissions receiving during the public exhibition of RES, recommend a list of objects that the Council could put forward to the Minister for the planning.
