Claims of a secret deal between the Federal Government and developer Lend Lease over the future of the Australian Defence Industries (ADI) site have raised questions about the government's ability to meet its environmental obligations - Penrith mayor David Bradbury has called for Federal Member for Lindsay Jackie Kelly to reveal details about a 1996 deal to stop 50 per cent of the site from being developed, before considering its environmental worth or community opinion.
