The Hargreaves Family, Emu Plains c1921 This is the family on Jan Clivers' father "Tom" side
Albert Hargreaves (1875 – 1956) seated centre of photograph. His wife Helen Isabel (nee Colless) (1875 -1927) standing directly behind him. Their children: Charles Hargreaves standing next to his mother; Elsie (marr. McNamara) seated beside her father; Annie (marr. Thomson) seated front row in front of her father; Percy James (Tom) Hargreaves (1912 -1992) seated front row next to his sister.
On Jan Clivers' mother "Betty" side of the family are the Pikes.
The Pikes settled in Penrith around 1936. Jan Clivers' grandparents lived at 46 Lemongrove Road Penrith from the early 1940's until George died in 1974, grandmother, Elizabeth in 1988, then aunt Phyllis Mary died and Aunt Eileen moved into a retirement home and the house at 46 Lemongrove St was sold (2004?) and is currently a soliticitor's office (2020). Jan's parents, Tom Hargreaves and Betty (nee Pike) lived in 4 Colless Street Penrith. At the death of Jan's mother, Betty, in 2011, number 4 Colless Street, Penrith was sold.
