Report on Flooding Potential Associated with a New Drainage Channel at Penrith

Binnie and Partners Pty Ltd were commissioned by Mr. T. Blaikie to investigate a new drainage channel which had been constructed between Surveyors Creek and Blaikie Road at Penrith.
