Mr F. J. Allen driving a truck for Commonwealth Oil Refineries (C.O.R). The identity of the child in the car is not known. The Commonwealth Oil Refineries operated between 1920 and 1952, when Persian Oil Company buys out Australian Governments half share. In 1957 Commonwealth Oil Refineries (C.O.R) name is changed to BP Australia.
