Plans to transform 61-79 Henry Street into a series of skyscrapers have been green-lit by Penrith City Council last month. The planning proposal shows six multi-storey residential, commercial and aged-care precincts, including a 36-storey hotel. Plans are also in the works to develop 57 Henry Street.
