General notes:
The Nepean Theatre opened on 19 May 1948. There had been a picture theatre before the Nepean Theatre on this site at 510-536 High Street Penrith. The Nepean Theatre closed in 1964 and remained empty until 1970 when it was sold to the Bank of NSW. Demolished in1977. On this site the Commonwealth Bank was built. In December 2021 the Commonwealth Bank moved to 384 -386 and OnePointHealth set up in 2022 in this original site of the Nepean Theatre.
