Notice of Extension to Public Exhibition Period council has been exhibiting a draft Local Environmental Plan (LEP) and Draft Development Control Plan (DCP)for the North Penrith Urban Area - Council at its meeting of 6 May 2002 resolved to extend the exhibition period of the draft LEP and draft DCP until Friday 7 June 2002 - The draft plans will be on public display at the following locations: Penrith City Council, Civic Centre, 601 High St, Penrith - Penrith City Library, Civic Centre, 601 High St, Penrith - Penrith City Council (St Marys Office), 207-209 Queen St, St Marys - written comments will be received until 4.00pm on Friday, 7 June 2002 - In reply please quote File 4131/1 - For futher information please contact Tanya Jackson on 4732 7722 or Tony Crichton on 4732 7723 at Penrith City Council.
