Local and General - Death of a Luddenham Resident

This week we record the death of another old district resident, in the person of Mrs Magee, Sen. The deceased resided with her son, J Magee, at Luddenham, although at the time of her death was visiting her other son in Gulgong. Mrs Magee was 80 years of age, her husband predeceasing her in 1873. She had resided at Luddenham about 40 years, being in the colony some 57 years. She is survived by two sons. Deceased's remains were brought by train from Gulgong, and were interred in St James' burying ground, Luddenham. Further details about her illness.
