Before J K Cleeve & A W Stephen. Anthony Euskey, drunk. William Andrews, obscene language; Charles Adams, drunk; Patrick Barrett, drunk. Bridget Evans, drunk. John Hamilton of Katoomba did not appear, warrant for his arrest. Henry Day, drunk; Robert Burfitt, drunk; George Miller, furious riding in High Street; Thomas Hobby, unlawfully detaining a mare, property of William Bull. Mr C Bull appeared for the prosecution. John Augustus Nystrom brought up for being of unsound mind, had attempted to cut his throat with the handle of a quart pot while in custody. Sent to the Hospital for the Insane.
