Mr D Morgan met with a painful accident on Christmas Day when his fingers became entangled in the hair of a horse and he was thrown violently onto a stump. Doctors Tayler and Swayne are in attendance. A Court of Enquiry under the Lands Act was conducted at Penrith. Queen v Blatman who had built on land not open for selection, due to a mistake by a surveyor.
