Penrith Mayor Pat Sheehy & Lewers Gallery chairman Peter Anderson ceremoniously turned the first sod of soil at the Penrith Regional Gallery & the Lewers Bequest on Monday to mark the start of extension works - The event launched stage one of the gallery extensions, made possible by funding from council & a bequest of $375,000 from the Sonia Farley Trust.
