EXTRA SERVICE FOR WALLACIA

Articles
Penrith City Council will consider in its 1971 estimates building public toilets at Wallacia. This follows a request by Wallacia Progress Association. The association said that because no public toilets were available, the toilets at the progress hall were used more than ever. It asked if council could provide an extra service to the hall toilets, or build public toilets.
