The annual Mayoral Report detailed Council's activities and achievements for each year from 1960 to 1980. Mayoral Report includes Triennial Report from 1966 to 1968. It was continued by Penrith City Council: Performance Report each year from 1981 to 1993. It was re-titled Annual Report from 1994.
