Online membership

New members can join the library online to access eResources such as BorrowBox, Libby, Beamafilm and IndyReads, after reading and accepting the membership conditions.

Membership of Penrith City Library Service is free to all NSW residents.

• All items can be borrowed for up to 3 weeks.
• Membership details are confidential and will not be disclosed to other parties.

Full access membership

To borrow items from a library branch please visit one of the branches to have your online membership updated.

Members under 16 years of age require a signature or have the parent/guardian present.
