On 21 May 2001 Council determined that a Working Party be formed consisting of nominated Councillors, Gallery Management Committee representatives and Council officer. Council has agreed to the formation of a Company, limited by guarantee as the future management structure. A Constitution for 'Penrith Regional Gallery and Lewers Bequest Ltd' has been adopted.
