The Old Tweed Factory was located on the banks of the Nepean River at Regentville and has links to Sir John Jamison. The brick walls were over 2 feet thick. It was demolished in 1930. A black and white version of this postcard is available within this collection.

And bares a 2 pence New South Wales postage stamp.JC4B : The postcard has a decorative embossed border with the inscription Sincere Greetings. On either corner is a message 'May each new day from care and pain be free, And may you, now and then remember me'.Message reads : Dear Annie, Received your p.c some time ago, but I was not here when it came. So I am sending you this card now. Better late than never. Wishing you many happy returns of the day 28 July 1925. Yours sincerly Mary Cameron.
