The draft Concept Plan has seven key elements. Consolidate the role of Queen Street, provide new and improved public spaces, encourage redevelopments that complement the desired qualtiy of sttreets and public spaces, revitalise laneways and cross streets, create green ways along the town centres major access routes, provide new vehicle access to major developments and review and update Council's current strategies and polices for the St Marys Town Centre.
