The Emu Plains Overland Flow Flood Study has been prepared for Penrith City Council to define existing flood behaviour of the Emu Plains study area, which includes the suburbs of Emu Plains, Emu Heights and Leonay. The primary objective of the study is to define the flood behaviour under historical, existing and future conditions (incorporating potential impacts of climate change) for a full range of design flood events.
