Uncle Patricks' map is beginning to send signals again and this time, Connor is going with him! At least that's the plan, but it doesn't quite work out. Freddie is suddenly whisked away to 1328 BC and the reign of Tutankhamun. Saving the young pharaohs' life, Freddie soon becomes indispensable to him. A twist of time send Freddie back to the present, though he knows he must return and fulfill a promise he made to the young king. As he makes his plans and relates the tale to Connor, the pair are discovered by his new next-door neighbour, Ruby. But Ruby thinks it's just a story Freddie has created for a school project. That is until Ruby finds herself pulled through the map with Connor and Freddie. The friends need all their resources and all their wits about them before they get trapped in time.
