'Moving Forward' is the story of Sudanese women singing and creating new songs in their new country of Australia. It was inspired by the desire of the women to maintain their culture in a foreign land and share their stories of resilience with the rest of the community. Two months of song writing and recording were held at Mamre Homestead.
