Consolidates the existing DCPs applying to the Penrith Local Government Area into a single, City-wide document.

This Development Control Plan is penrith Council's initiative to reduce waste generation and to better manage waste through the development application process.

This Plan enables the levying of developer contributions specified for residential development (including subdivision) permissible in all residential and rural zones within the City of Penrith.
