Development applications involving residential subdivision of land at the Western Precinct of the St Marys Release Area known as Jordan Springs. Each application represents an individual staging of Villages 2 and 3 land at Jordan Springs.

This Plan enables the levying of developer contributions specified for residential development (including subdivision) permissible in all residential and rural zones within the City of Penrith.
