Report on single storey brick cottage,formerly occupied by the Nepean Lapidary Club, 12 North Street, Penrith. The cottage was built on former land grant to Edward Cane. The cottage appears to have been built in the late 1880s by the Cane family.

The dwelling is a modest 2 bedroom bungalow constructed in dark brown clay brick and terracotta Marseilles pattern roof tiles
