Includes: Lease contract for five years at forty pounds per annum - terms and conditions are detailed - previously the land has been leased to Richard Brooks and Edward and Jesse Ireland - the land is described as commencing at Peach Tree Bridge over Wilson's Creek and bounded on the south by High Street then easterly to the south-west corner of the small paddock occupied by Edward Ireland on Castlereagh Road and northerly down to the lagoon and to the Chinaman's Garden.
