A geriatric medical seminar was held at the Governor Phillip Special Hospital on 30 October. The function was organised by members of the Hawkesbury-Nepean Medical Association. Board chairman, Mr H M Ross. Included were the president of Nepean-Hawkesbury branch, Mr W J Law, & a consultant geriatrician, Dr G R Andrews. The subject was 'Modern approach to medicine in the elderly'. Dr W Cammack said Penrith should feel honoured to have such experts.
