On Sunday morning last, there passed away at his sister's residence, Castlereagh Street, Penrith, Henry Single, son of the late John Single of Nepean House, Penrith, and brother of J D Single of 'Cassola', Lambridge, Miss Single, Castlereagh Street, and Mrs W J Rowe, Nepean River. The deceased gentleman, who had occupied the position of Inspector of Stock at Mudgee for the past 25 years, was a native of Castlereagh, and was 66 years of age. He leaves behind him a widow and eight children. The cause of death was neuralgia and pleurisy. His remains were interred in the family vault at Richmond.
