This report primarily examines the local hydraulic specifications associated with the proposed flood evacuation route that skirts the village of Agnes Banks via The Driftway, Jockbet Road, Wilshire Road and Brooks Lane. Such a route is necessary because of the pronounced low levels at Agnes Banks itself which means that Castlereagh road also has a low level alignment and therefore is unsuitable as a flood evacuation route.
