Feathers for Phoebe Community Art Project

Phoebe doesn't want to be ordinary. She wants to turn heads and be noticed - she wants to be fabulous! Visit Penrith City Library these school holidays to decorate a feather for Phoebe to help her ‘stand out in the crowd’! Using a feather template, colour and decorate your own unique design and add it to the collaborative art display. Watch as Phoebe grows brighter and bolder over the holidays. 

 Feathers for Phoebe is a much-loved Australian picture book by author Rod Clement.
