The delivery of the Water Management Plan has been completed over 2 stages at the request of the Depeartment of Planning, Industry and Environment (DPIE). This document presents the final stage of the Water Management Plan combining work completed in 2014 (original Stage 2 submission) and the outcomes of the "In-Principle Agreement" between PLDC and DPIE agreed February 2019. The Stage 2 addresses water quality, groundwater, stormwater, ecosystem and fisheries management as well as southern wetlands design and lakes operations plan.
