CONTEXT Landscape Design was commissed by Landcom to prepare a Public Domain Strategy and Landscape Master Plan for the redevelopment and rezoning of the Caddens Release area, a part of the WELL Precinct. The following Public Domain Strategy examines the existing site conditions, opportunities and constraints and the landscape principles which will guide the master planning process. The Public Domain Strategy defines the development and landscape character of Caddens Release to assist in the rezoning and to guide the future development of the site. The Caddens Release development will provide a Premium Quality Sustainable Village Development in an environment that recognizes and interprets the rural character, landscape features and history of the site. It will create special places centred on public amenities such as neighbourhood parks, riparian corridors and elevated areas with views of the Blue Mountains
