This booklet includes recommendations relating to the following regional projects: Create a Regional Cities fund of $100m for Penrith and Liverpool; Urban development of Penrith Lakes; Create a destination space near the Green Bridge landing point; Development of Thornton Multi User Depot; Mulgoa Road amplification; Penrith for Western Sydney Stadium; Introduce new Western Express train; Fund a 3 year free Wi-Fi in Penrith City Centre; Provide more parking at Penrith Station; Utilize the Broader Western Sydney Employment Area (BWSEA); Improve M4/Northern Road Intersection; Fund a link road for precincts of Dunheved Business Park; Provide regional sporting venue at the South Creek Recreation precinct; Redevelop Ripples Leisure Centre; Fund Gipps Street Community Park
