Place reservation for Sports Grounds and Turf Wickets : a practical guideDuring 1982 an occupational task analysis survey of the Victorian turf management trade was carried out by the turf industry and the TAFE Board. The purpose of the survey was to develop a job description for the turf tradesman in order to improve the training of horticultural (turf management) trades apprentices. In 1984 a survey of the Victorian turf trade in country areas was carried out by the TAFE Board to determine the need for turf short courses. The content of this publication is based upon input from the turf industry into the above surveys.
