This study draws together information about the modern architecture that exists in Penrith. The study found that Penrith has an excellent collection of Modern buildings from immediately before the Second World War up to the 1980s.The main previous studies which have been undertaken, and previous publications that cover the study site and which have been referred to are: Paul Davies Pty Ltd, 2007, Penrith Heritage Study; Lorraine Stacker, 2014, Penrith: The Makings of a City, Ultimo:Halstead Press.
