Interview recorded with Audrey Dorothy (Sue) Sewter, nurse and local historian, concerning her life growing up in England, her travelling with friend Joy Edmunds, making the decision to emigrate to Australia in the late 1950s as a 10 pound immigrant, life on the immirant ship Fairsea and refugees on board, gaining work at Nepean Hospital, being joined in Australia by her friend, Joy Edmunds, building a house and community life at Leonay, interest with photography and taking photographs of Penrith when she arrived, membership of Nepean District Historical Society, church life at St Stephens Angican Church and her work in setting up their Archives as well as the Archives at Nepean Hospital, reminiscences of Penrith and Emu Plains
