Caddens Road Release Area falls within the Werrington Enterprise Living and Learning (WELL) precinct. The proposed rezoning seeks the reuse and intensification of activity within the site for residential, public recreation, special uses and infrastructure, local centre and environmental conservation purposes. The site is generally located north of Caddens Road and south of O'Connell Street Kingswood and is generally undeveloped rural land.
