The statement of environmental effects (SEE) is to accompany a development application to be submitted on the subject site. The SEE describes the proposed development and subject site and undertakes an assessment of the proposal against the relevant aim, objectives and development provisions of the Seniors Living State Environmental Planning Policy and Penrith Urban Lands LEP 1998. The subject site is comprised of two lots located on the western side of Cam St, Cambridge Park.
