Produced as part of Council's City Centres Renewal and Improvement Project to create a blueprint for improvements to the public domain along Queen Street and to provide detail for later design and tender documentation for construction. The documents sets the strategic framework to inform the streetscape design, implementation of the Streetscape Imporvement Plan and future decision making of Council for the physical enhancement of the street and activities that occur along it.
