Sets out planning priorities and actions for growth and development in the Western City District. The draft district plan recognises what the Commission has heard - particularly that the District's natural landscape is a great asset and attractor, sustaining and supporting a unique, parkland city. The plan considers the transport, infrastructure, services and affordable housing and open spaces that will be required as the population grows and the demographics change. The Western City Districts are Blue Mountains, Camden, Campbelltown, Fairfield, Hawkesbury, Liverpool, Penrith and Wollondilly.
