Sydney Regional Organisations of Councils have identified that there is benefit in Councils adopting a consistent and cooperative approach to vegetation management. Green Web - Sydney project has produced a vegetation management plan for Sydney. Councils involved in the project include Blacktown Council, Camden Council, Hawkesbury Council, Liverpool Council and Penrith Council.
