Landcom commissioned a study to examine land market supply relationships in the Sydney Region by examining in details six case study areas selected on the basis of price range and degree of fragmentation or rural subdivision. The case study areas are Cranebrook, Ingleburn, North Doonside, Wetherill Park, and Cherrybrook.
