The purpose of this Development Control Plan is to enable a diversity of employment generating development to locate with the Erskine Park Employment area and ensure that the stand of development does not detract or impact upon the already existing built environment. It also ensures that development occurs in an environmentally responsible manner and future development limits adverse impacts upon significant biodiversity.
