In 2004 the State Library of New South Wales commissioned an audit of local history collections across the NSW public library network which lead to the publication of the Digital Practice Guidelines for NSW public libraries (updated in 2011). This publication covers the audit that was completed in late 2013 and early 2014 by 116 of the 152 Councils in NSW. This report gives a summary of responses given for each of the 38 questions in the survey.
