A strategic plan and report for Cranebrook Town Centre (initially known as Hosking Street Precinct project). Penrith City Council's aim to enhance Cranebrook's local neighbourhood and town centre, addressing issues around the improvements to the physical environment, as well as social issues in the area, to help build the Precinct as a strong focus for Cranebrook and contribute to addressing broader social, urban and community issues. The plan identifies objectives and strategies for the area over the next three years and has been developed by the Cranebrook Neighbourhood Advisory Board (NAB) in partnership with Penrith City Council, Penrith Police, local traders, the NSW Departments of Housing, Community Health and Community Services, Barnardos and the Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood Centre.
