This book contains documents, photographs, tables and lists covering research on Sir John Jamison and his Regentville Estate. It includes Stein's Farm, the Mud House and Regentville Public School. It has brief information on Thomas Jamison and Sir John Jamison, Regentville House, floor plans and the ruins. The stables, cottage dam and vineyards, the asylum and the Regentville Inn as well as the windmill, woollen and flour mill. There was a fire at the estate which lead to an inquest stating the house was deliberately set on fire. There are also lists of convicts, trades, paid workers and tenant farmers. The mud house or "Dunromin" on Loftus street in Regentville was lived in by the Samuel family (author) from 1951-1954. It includes Regentville Primary School 150 years celebrations with photographs.
