The new community and cultural precinct situated in St Marys on the corner of the Great Western Highway and Mamre Road and at the gateway to Penrith Valley opened on Saturday, 29 May. This video covers the events of the day including speeches by Mayor Kevin Crameri, MC Sarah Armour from Penrith City Council, MP David Bradbury, Minister for Lyndsay, and Alf and Billy Randel's nephew at this official opening.
