SGS was engaged by the Penrith City Council to undertake a Retail Impact Assessment and Net Community Benefit test of the proposed expansion of two shopping centres - St Marys Village shopping centre and Station Plaza - within St Marys centre. The project aim was to provide Council with independent advice with regard to the economic impact of redeveloping and increasing retail floor space of the Village Centre and Station Plaza.
